2025 Fall Lectures and Programs

The Society sponsors a series of lectures and programs in the Academy’s historic classroom in the Spring and Fall.  All Richwood Academy Cultural Center programs begin at 3pm. Free Tickets are available on Ticketleap. All the presentations are live streamed and archived at the Society’s Facebook page.

4 Animal Kingdom: Man & Beast reopens, 1-4 pm, OTH . Continuing weekends to December 6.

23rd Annual Mullica Hill Ghost Walk, 6-10 pm. OTH.

11 Temperance Saloon Cider Tasting. 1-4 pm, OTH.

12 The Painters of South Jersey, 3 pm, RACC. Lecture by Dr. Kate Nearpass Ogden, Stockton University

26 Noa Even and Annika Kildegaard Duo, 3 pm, RACC. Saxophone and voice performance.

November

9 The Foodways of Lenapehocking: Garden Plants and Food Customs, 3 pm, RACC. Lecture and tasting

by Dr. William Woys Weaver, author and food ethnographer

23 Lenape Women, 3 pm, RACC. Tyrese “Bright Flower” Gould Jacinto, Nanticoke-Lenni Lenape Nation.

29 Lights on Main, 5-9 pm OTH. Celebrate the holiday season at this award-winning festival and witness the

annual tree lighting in front of Old Town Hall.

December

6 Animal Kingdom: Man & Beast closes 1-4 pm, OTH.

7 Moses Possible in Concert, 3pm. RACC. An afternoon of song by Bass-Baritone Moses Possible.
